Kirschwasser(cherry brandy) is an aged old traditional spirit of the Schwarzwald(Black Forest) Germany. Aromatic, distinct and clear with a slight dry sweetness, a true Kirschwasser used in mixes, taken straight and praised by chefs for it's culinary value.
