Schlehengeist
Called Blackthorn in the US. Produced using tart black fruits of the Blackthorn plant that grow in the German Schwarzwald, these fruits are first left to fully ripen on the plant before harvast then macerated with spirits brought to strength and bottled. Cinnamon, Sandalwood and Marcipan notes, enjoy at room temperature or slightly chilled.
